Product description
Keep fruit and vegetables fresher for longer with Ventsmart
With the Tupperware VentSmart 4-piece Set, you can keep fruit and vegetables fresh for longer thanks to optimal air circulation.
These clever storage containers regulate the natural respiration of produce. Flavour and nutrients are preserved. This directly reduces food waste at home.
Inside the container, produce uses oxygen and releases carbon dioxide. The amount of air needed varies by type. That is why the VentSmart has a handy ventilation control in the lid.
Simply use the sliding tab to select the right setting. This creates the perfect environment for every type of vegetable.
Three-setting ventilation control
The system offers three settings. In the closed position, air stays inside the container. This is ideal for produce that needs little oxygen.
The half-open setting provides gentle ventilation. It is suitable for a wide range of fruit and vegetables. In the open position, air can circulate freely.
Icons on the containers show you which setting to use. This ease of use makes the range indispensable in a busy kitchen. It saves time and prevents spoilage.
Freshness rack to keep moisture at bay
The integrated freshness rack keeps produce separate from moisture that collects at the bottom of the container. Lettuce and herbs stay crisp for longer.
Produce never sits in its own condensation. Peppers and berries retain their firm texture. This significantly reduces the risk of mould.
Neat, space-saving stacking
The containers open easily using the handy tab. The set includes four sizes: 4,4L, 800ml and two 1,8L versions. So you always have a suitable size to hand.
The containers stack neatly in the fridge. When empty, they fit inside one another. This saves valuable space in your kitchen cupboards.
Peppers and herbs in particular stay surprisingly fresh in these containers. Your fridge looks tidier straight away.
