Tupperware Guarantee
Warranty and Delivery Conditions Tupperware 2.0
1. Company Structure
As of 2025, Tupperware in the Netherlands and Belgium will be distributed by a new owner, based in France. This company is completely separate from the former Tupperware Europe (up to and including 2024) and is not a continuation of that company. All existing contracts, agreements, and warranties issued by the former Tupperware Europe are no longer valid.
2. Warranty Conditions for Tupperware Products
- Old warranty claims based on the old Tupperware Europe warranty can no longer be submitted or honored.
- For purchases from April 1, 2025, a new 10-year manufacturer's warranty applies, exclusively for material and manufacturing defects.
- Excluded from warranty are:
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality
- Warranty is only valid upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase.
3. Assortment and Availability
- All items offered in the webshop are actually in stock.
- Products are delivered directly from stock; there are no unnecessary waiting times.
- There will be no unexpected cancellations due to stock shortages.
- No pre-orders without a confirmed delivery date will be accepted.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery takes place from our own store stock. Orders are usually shipped very quickly, so you will receive your order soon.
5. Warranty on other (non-Tupperware) products
For products that do not fall under the Tupperware brand, the statutory warranty and consumer rights as established in European and Dutch legislation apply. This means, among other things, that:
- A product must meet reasonable expectations based on the agreement.
- If a product shows defects within a reasonable period after purchase, the consumer is entitled to free repair, replacement, or (partial) refund, depending on the circumstances.
