You also avoid the heavy lifting of ceramic or cast-iron pots, as the UltraPro Cocotte is wonderfully light to use. This small cocotte is suitable for 1 person or 2 to 4 small portions, depending on the dish.

Clean the cocotte with warm water and a mild soap solution and preferably use a soft microfiber cloth to keep the surface beautiful.
