My tip: Work in short sessions. Pull briefly, check, taste, and repeat. With short pulls, you keep it coarse; with extra pulls, you move towards finely chopped. This way, you get exactly the consistency you want.

How it works

Using it is very simple: Cut larger ingredients into bite-sized pieces and fill the bowl (up to approx. 300 ml). Place the lid, lock it, and hold the chopper firmly on its non-slip base. Then, pull the cord until you achieve the desired fineness. Done!

Care & Safety

For maintenance, it is recommended to hand wash the lid and the pull mechanism. The blade unit should also be hand washed; do not leave blades loose in soapy water and dry them immediately. The bowl is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Please note that no boiling hot preparations should be processed in the bowl, and the device is not suitable for heating.
