This clever chopper is a versatile all-rounder that effortlessly chops, mixes, blends, mashes, pulverizes, and purees. It's powerful enough to tackle the toughest ingredients, yet compact and handy enough for daily use. There are moments when you need just a little more than the small Turbo Chef, but don't want a bulky food processor cluttering your countertop. That's when the TurboMax is ideal. It's larger, more powerful, yet just as user-friendly. With three sharp blades and a smooth pull mechanism, you chop ingredients three times faster and more efficiently. It feels light, requires little effort, and the result is consistently even and perfect every time.

The TurboMax is truly versatile. It's perfect for marinades, sauces, dips, dressings, and mayonnaise. Quickly mix eggs for omelets, batter for pancakes, or a light cake base. Make delicious smoothies or milkshakes without an electric blender, or puree cooked vegetables or fruit to a smooth consistency for soups, baby food, or spreads. The included whisk allows you to whip up airy emulsions like aioli or dressings. Cleaning is simple. Rinse the bowl with water and a little dish soap, dry it, and you're ready to go. For the blades and the pull mechanism: hand wash only. Never leave blades loose in soapy water, and dry them carefully to keep them sharp. The pull mechanism should never go in the dishwasher, but you can easily clean it with a damp cloth. For me, this is the chopper I grab when I want to prepare larger quantities: a portion of pesto for several days, batter for a quick cake, or multiple smoothies at once. It's also ideal for dips during a party – in one go, you have enough for several bowls. Yet, it remains compact enough to fit in a drawer and is quickly clean again.
